PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS, A FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
Returning orders
Can I return my order? Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the possibility to return them within 30 days from the date of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions.
1. The order still contains all relevant parts and components and the packaging has arrived exactly the same as the product.
2. The normal handling of the product is evident, breakage due to careless handling is
careless handling.
3. the products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
4. the product has been found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
5. We are entitled to charge the customer for the shipping costs.
6. The return will be processed within 7 working days and, if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
*We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please do the following to initiate the return process.

Photo of the product in case of breakage Name and surname of the customer Address of the customer
We will talk to you and give you the return address.
It will never be returned to the sender, we will send you the correct address when you have requested us to do so. As a customer, you are responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product.

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if he is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes not predominantly related to his commercial or professional activity:

Right of cancellation
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you and other than the carrier has received or accepted the last goods.
Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are executed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process before delivery, so a refund is not possible once the goods have been received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract in a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail). The cancellation shall be deemed to have been made once we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the purchaser.
Registration of shipments in transit
Since our products are shipped from Morocco, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way, it is not possible to cancel the order. Please wait until you receive the goods and send them back to us. Of course, you can inform us in advance of your cancellation.
In order to guarantee you the fastest possible return, we kindly ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, with the exception of the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received notification of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods. For this return we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no event will you be charged for this return.
